iFit Health Files to Go Public

IFit Health & Fitness, which makes NordicTrack equipment, has filed to go public.

iFit is seeking to raise $100 million with its IPO. The company didn’t disclose how many shares it would sell or their price range. That will come with future filings. It will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol “IFIT,” according to a prospectus.

The $100 million is also considered a placeholder that will change with more information.

Barclays

are underwriters on the deal.

Charlotte public art: Mural painters talk vandalism, graffiti

For artists whose canvases are displayed on the walls of museums, the likelihood that their work will be defaced is low.

But what about the artists whose canvases are exterior walls?

Recently, an uptown mural was defaced. The artwork promotes diversity and depicts women of all ages, races and sexual orientations. It takes up an entire wall of AerialCLT at 801 N. Tryon St.

Home Improvement star Jonathan Taylor Thomas seen in public for first time in 8 years

Jonathan Taylor Thomas has been seen in public for the first time in eight years.

The former Hollywood star, 39, was last seen in public in 2013.

Jonathan had risen to fame in the 1990s for his role as Randy Taylor in the hit sitcom Home Improvement.

Appearing opposite Toy Story legend Tim Allen as his on-screen father, Jonathan starred in the show throughout his teenage years before departing the show during its final season in 1998 to focus on academia.

He also voiced the young Simba in the 1994 classic Disney animated film The Lion King before voicing Pinnochio
